ORDERS


All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.A contract is formed between you and drys.store when the goods are despatched to you following your order. Until the goods are despatched the order may be cancelled without prior notice to you.

PRICE

The price for each item offered on this website comprises two parts:

  • The sale price of the item from the supplier, the shipping cost for sending the item, and the service charge payable to https://drys.store for facilitating the supplier's sale of the item to you.
  • The charge for the use and maintenance of the website, server and e-commerce platform.
PAYMENT

We accept payments via Visa and MasterCard (both debit and credit cards). We also support payments through Apple Pay.
https://drys.store is authorized by the supplier of the item(s) you have purchased to collect the price of the goods from you on their behalf.

DELIVERY

We offer worldwide shipping, and all items are dispatched from China via international logistics. When you place an order, the system will automatically recognize your shipping address and provide an estimated delivery time. Our shipping costs are calculated based on the actual weight and volume of the items. All shipping costs can be calculated here:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase — if you’re not, we’re glad to accept your return. All returned items must be unworn, unused, unmarked, and in their original condition, with all original tags and security straps attached. Returns must be shipped back to us within 28 days of receiving your order.
Regular sale items can only be returned for an exchange or Gift Card refund. Sale items marked as “3 for [GBP130]” or “[GBP45]” are non-returnable, so they cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange. Any other items labeled non-returnable (e.g., underwear) are also ineligible for refund or exchange.
You must return the items via your local postal service (e.g., Royal Mail/USPS) at your own expense.
The goods remain your responsibility until they reach us. Please package your return securely to avoid damage, and use a “tracked” shipping service.
All returned goods will be inspected. If you meet the above return conditions:
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of us receiving your return.
  • For exchanges, we will deliver the replacement item to you free of charge — but any subsequent exchanges will incur a delivery fee.
Exchanges
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the goods. If you meet our return conditions, we will process your exchange:
  • If the replacement item is cheaper than the original, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • If the replacement item is more expensive, you will need to purchase a Gift Card for the price difference amount.Exchanges take 2-3 working days to process before dispatch.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the goods. If you meet our return conditions, we will process your refund:
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Regular sale items can only be refunded as a Gift Card for use on https://drys.store.
Undelivered Orders
If you refuse delivery from the courier, the item will be returned to us — and you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred. If you no longer want your order, please accept delivery first, then return it to us in line with our return conditions.
If you cannot receive your order on the first delivery attempt, don’t worry: couriers will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the item to us, and they will contact you to coordinate. If your order is returned to us as undelivered, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs. Please use a shipping address where someone is available to receive the order.

LIABILITY

We do not accept any liability for any error contained in our website and reserve the right to change information and descriptions of listed goods without notice.
If an error is discovered in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to sell you that item for the incorrect price. The order will be cancelled and you will be refunded the full amount paid. You may then re-order the item for the correct price if you wish.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which are damaged or defective we will inspect the item and determine if we can refund the full amount paid, supply you with a replacement item or repair the item, provided that:-

In the event that we are satisfied that the goods were damaged or defective we will refund you the reasonable cost of returning the goods to us.
We have taken every measure to provide accurate product information however, due to a number of different Internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc. we cannot be liable for any difference in the colour between the image and the item delivered to you.
We will not be liable, in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic losses or loss of goodwill or reputation or any special or indirect losses suffered or incurred.
