how do i know if my order has been placed successfully?
You will get an automatic email saying your order has been processed. Once the order has been sent to you, you will get another email saying your order has been despatched and we will give you the tracking ID to follow up your shipment.

how do i know when my order will arrive?
Once you're at checkout you'll have an ETA for each of the products you order.
The ETA may differ between products depending on where they're located and the shipping method you've selected.


how do i return an item for refund?

If your item has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and is within our 28 days return period please ship it back following the instructions on the returns form. Remember to fill in your returns sheet with your request and put this sheet in your parcel when you return it back to us. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received it. If no exception with your return is faced your request will be processed within 2-3 working days.

Refunds for full priced items are issued to your original payment method. Refunds for regular sale items can only be processed through a Gift Certificate to be used on our site. If your order had any shipping costs, these will not be refunded.

To return your order, please use a ‘TRACKED’ Service as we can only refund items which are returned to us. We don't reimburse you for your postage cost back to us.

3 for £180 and £45 sale items are not returnable (for exchange or refund).
how do i exchange an item?

Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received it. our returns policy

The items must be unused, unworn, fitted with the original tags and packaging and with no markings or any type of damage.

Items must be returned in the condition they were received in otherwise refunds & exchanges cannot be enforced.

All returns must be shipped within 28 days of being received. Please use a tracking number on all returns/exchanges, we can only refund/exchange for goods we receive that fit our terms.

Sale items: can be exchanged or refunded via store credit only, if they meet our terms and conditions.

Underwear: for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear/swimwear. You’ll be notified when purchasing if an item is non-returnable.

something i purchased is now in sale. can i receive a price adjustment?

Unfortunately, due to the overall high demand for merchandise and availability issues, we do not currently allow for price adjustments.

We ship all over the world, however there are some exclusions.

Take your measurements directly on the body with a measuring tape around your bust, waist, and hips without over-tightening.

2 - Your waist is measured at the narrowest part of the waist. Hold the tape measure snugly to your body without pulling it too tight.

3 - The circumference of your hips is measured at the fullest point of your pelvis.

4 - Your leg is measured from waist to heel, with the tape following the natural contour of your leg.

5 - Your arm is measured from shoulder to wrist, with the tape following the natural curve of your relaxed arm.

our policy

We take pride of our Drýs items, so anything returned should be new, unused and with all our security garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

If you’re returning something faulty, damaged or soiled please contact nanayang@nanadrys.com prior to sending any return.

Please note, we do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders, this will be at your own risk.

insurance

Drýs insures each purchase during the time it’s in transit until it’s delivered to you. For all deliveries we require a signature, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Not the receiver of the purchase? If you got your Drýs items as a gift or something similar, then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

ensure a smooth order process

We want to ensure you receive your order without issue. Please make sure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot redirect the shipment once it has been dispatched.
Your security is our top priority. For this reason, we may ask you to verify relevant information with your card-issuing bank before your order is shipped. Delays are unpleasant for everyone, so we will always strive to process your order as quickly as possible.
We value strong partnerships and work closely with our logistics providers to minimize the potential impact of customs clearance delays for our international customers.To help reduce delays, we recommend using your work address as the delivery address.
