how do i return an item for refund?
If your item has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and is within our 28 days return period please ship it back following the instructions on the returns form. Remember to fill in your returns sheet with your request and put this sheet in your parcel when you return it back to us. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received it. If no exception with your return is faced your request will be processed within 2-3 working days.
Refunds for full priced items are issued to your original payment method. Refunds for regular sale items can only be processed through a Gift Certificate to be used on our site. If your order had any shipping costs, these will not be refunded.
To return your order, please use a ‘TRACKED’ Service as we can only refund items which are returned to us. We don't reimburse you for your postage cost back to us.
3 for £180 and £45 sale items are not returnable (for exchange or refund).

Deliveries(Check delivery status and options.)

usa delivery info
Standard delivery operates from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Shipping costs are calculated based on the actual weight of the ordered items and packaging at the time of purchase.
All orders within the United States have an estimated delivery time of 7–15 business days. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer Saturday delivery or next-day delivery services.
Please note that we do not deliver to all locations in the United States. We currently do not offer delivery to the following areas: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, and the Virgin Islands.
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage once the goods are handed over to a shipping company or freight forwarder, and all related risks shall be borne by you.

1. Delivery Partners & Service
Our international deliveries are handled by trusted logistics partners to ensure reliable and safe delivery services. We always use a signed-for delivery service to protect your order, and we will select the most suitable courier based on your delivery destination. Unfortunately, you cannot choose a specific delivery provider for international orders.

Please ensure that someone is available to sign for your package at your home or work address. If no one is present to receive the delivery, we will leave a delivery notice card. You may use it to arrange a re-delivery or collect your package at a local delivery facility.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by region and are counted from the date your order is dispatched:

- Europe: 7–14 business days

- United States: 7–15 business days

- Asia-Pacific: 4–12 business days

- Hong Kong, China and Macau, China: 3–5 days

- Other regions: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance procedures, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics delays in the destination country.

3. Shipping Costs

International shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of your order and the delivery destination. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Important Notes

Refused delivery: If you refuse to accept your international order, both the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee will apply. Any refund will be deducted by the total amount of these fees.

Restricted areas: Due to logistics limitations, we do not currently deliver to some countries or remote regions. If your address is restricted, you will be notified at checkout.

With the exception of custom-made items, all other products can be returned within 28 days of receipt.

RETURNS
Sometimes things don’t work out – we’re happy to accept returns on any full-price garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any full-price item dispatched to us within 28 days of receipt by you.
Please note that shipping costs for returns are at your own expense and will not be reimbursed by Drýs. We therefore recommend using a reputable local international courier to ensure the best service and a tracking ID.
For added ease, you’ll find our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery for a hassle-free process. Just make sure you send your return back to us within 28 days of receipt.
If you’ve mislaid your returns sheet, don’t panic. Just send us an email at [nanayang@nanadrys.com] and we’ll be happy to help.
When filling out the sheet, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange. Some items are not eligible for a return or refund, but don’t worry – we make sure this is clearly stated upon purchase.
Payments will be credited back to the original purchaser's credit card. Refunds are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. Please note that sale items are refunded via gift cards.
Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more information regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
We do not take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us.

EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges on any full-price garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security ribbons and labels. This applies to any item dispatched to us within 28 days of receipt by you.
Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.
Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at your own expense and will not be reimbursed by Drýs.
For added ease, you’ll find our exchange instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery for a hassle-free process. Make sure you send your return back to us within 28 days of receipt and identify which item you would like replaced.

LATE RETURNS
We’re unable to accept returns beyond 28 days of receipt, and any items sent to us after this period may be returned to you.

CARRIERS TO RETURN
Please use a reputable local international courier and request a tracking number to follow the progress of your return. Do not use DHL or TNT to return your orders, as these carriers are unable to deliver to our address.

INSURANCE
Drýs insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. For all deliveries, we require a signature. At this point, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Sending the item to someone else? If you received your Drýs items as a gift or similar, the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
